Flat Metal & Camprofile Gaskets

Metal gaskets is a term often used to describe any size of gasket, shim or washer that is manufactured from elemental metals or alloys such as steel, brass or titanium. Specialist metal alloys such as Inconel, which is composed of nickel, chromium and iron, have properties suited to processes that undergo extreme pressures or temperatures.

EEC Can Offer a wide range metal gasket for commonplace and critical applications as :
Heat Exchanger Gaskets (Heat exchanger gaskets and small spinner gaskets can be fabricated in simple rings or more complicated crossbar designs and configurations. )
Camprofile Gaskets (Composed of a grooved metal core and a graphite or composite sealing layer, camprofile gaskets are supplied in standard and nonstandard dimensions.)

Type

Metallic Material ( Soft iron – Low carbon steel – Stainless Steel (304,316,347,410 )- Inconel – Monel

etc… )Or metallic gasket can be manufactured from Service specific material as Client Requirment.

Non-Metallic Material ( Graphite – PTFE – Mica – Ceramic fiber etc …. ).

A gasket is a crucial element in many manufacturing processes, as they are obtainable in numerous specifications. Gasket material is chosen for an installation on the basis of the features of the material, such as its resistance to chemicals, temperatures (or temperature fluctuations), pressures, acids and gases.

Oil and Gas Industry: Gaskets are commonly used in the oil and gas industry for sealing pipelines, valves, and flanges.

Chemical Industry: Gaskets are used in the chemical industry for sealing chemical reactors, heat exchangers, and distillation columns.

Petrochemical Industry: Gaskets are used in the petrochemical industry for sealing flanges, heat exchangers, and reactors.

Power Generation Industry: Gaskets are used in the power generation industry for sealing turbines, boilers, and heat exchangers.

Pharmaceutical Industry: Gaskets are used in the pharmaceutical industry for sealing equipment that requires high levels of hygiene.
